Complimentary returns are valid only on styles priced US$200+ ordered starting February 2, 2022, 6pm EST. Styles under US$200 are subject to a US$10 return fee. All other terms and conditions are still applicable. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
Returns from Canada and the United States valid on full-priced merchandise only. We do not accept international returns. Complete return instructions will be provided upon request of a return authorization number. Limit to one exchange per order. All other return policy criteria apply.
To proceed with a return from your order:
- The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
- The merchandise must be in its original condition
- The merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged or in any other condition not suitable to resale
- The merchandise must be accompanied by its original tags and packaging
Please note: Final sale items and special collaboration items are non-returnable. Final Sale Items include sale items, special collaboration items, web-exclusive items, and any other items listed on the individual product page as final sale. We do not accept returns on sale items. If sale items are returned, the package(s) will be refused, which SUICOKE - North America will not be held responsible for.
To begin a return request, please submit your request on our Return Portal with the following details:

- Email associated with the order
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Merchandise returned damaged, tainted, or in any other condition not suitable to resale, may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of SUICOKE - North America.
We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at our warehouse. Once the return has been inspected, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to process back to you upon receiving the returned item(s) in our warehouse.
**Returns without proper documentation cannot be accommodated. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any such return, to refuse to offer any refund, and/or to charge a restocking fee. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.**
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Any returns received without a return authorization number, that do not comply with the above, or that for any other reason SUICOKE - North America deems unacceptable, may be denied at the discretion of SUICOKE - North America.
For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible merchandise within 14 business days of delivery.. If you are experiencing any sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team.
Frequent returns made will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of cancelling future orders.
SUICOKE - North America reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with the return policy.

To make an exchange, please make a return request within 14 days of delivery. Place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
Please note that all exchanged items are final sale and will not be applicable for further exchanges or returns.
Any SUICOKE - North America product that is delivered defective may be sent back to our store for a full refund or replacement if the product is available.
Below are some examples of eligible returns for a refund and/or exchange:
- The product number is different from the product number on the box.
- The size labelled on the box and the size of the product are different.
- Significant individual differences can be seen on the left and right
- There is a sewing defect that makes it difficult to use
- There are stains and scratches that significantly impair the design.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons.
- The sole or footbed has a hole of 3 mm or less, which is a characteristic of production.
- The texture of leather is different on the left and right
Lost or Stolen Package
We suggest opening a claim with the courier service used to deliver your item. We kindly ask you forward the claim number and response you receive to our Customer Service team. However, if your package doesn't arrive or have issues with the tracking number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a claim.
Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.
Coupon codes cannot be added once your order has been placed.
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by SUICOKE - North America and all items are subject to availability.
Acknowledgement of your order means that SUICOKE - North America has received your order request; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped, or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. SUICOKE - North America may in its discretion require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
SUICOKE - North America reserves the right, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include, but are not limited to: invalid, incomplete, improper, or missing payment or shipping information; limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; use of any robot, spider or other automatic device, software, process or application to place, or take preparatory steps to place, one or more orders; violation of these Terms and Conditions; or actual or suspected fraud or abuse.
SUICOKE - North America will verify the availability and price of an item before it is shipped. If an item's correct price is lower than the stated price, SUICOKE - North America will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, if the item is no longer available, or if SUICOKE - North America determines that there were inaccuracies in the product information, SUICOKE - North America may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email.
