All returns must be authorized before sending merchandise back. Returns will be accepted for items within 14 calendar days of delivery with the exception of final sale items and special collaboration items.
All sale items are final. Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please request a return authorization number within 14 calendar days of the order's delivery date.
Complimentary returns are valid only on full-priced styles priced US$200+ ordered starting February 2, 2022, 6pm EST. Styles under US$200 are subject to a US$10 return fee. All other terms and conditions are still applicable. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
Returns from Canada and the United States valid on full-priced merchandise only. We do not accept international returns. Complete return instructions will be provided upon request of a return authorization number. Limit to one exchange per order. All other return policy criteria apply.
To proceed with a return from your order:
- The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
- The merchandise must be in its original condition
- The merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged or in any other condition not suitable to resale
- The merchandise must be accompanied by its original tags and packaging
Please note: Final sale items and special collaboration items are non-returnable/not eligible for exchanges. Final Sale Items include sale items, special collaboration items, web-exclusive items, and any other items listed on the individual product page as final sale. We do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items and items purchased using special promo codes. If these items are returned, the package(s) will be refused, which SUICOKE - North America will not be held responsible for.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Merchandise returned damaged, tainted, or in any other condition not suitable to resale, may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of SUICOKE - North America.
We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at our warehouse. Once the return has been inspected, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to process back to you upon receiving the returned item(s) in our warehouse.
**Returns without proper documentation cannot be accommodated. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any such return, to refuse to offer any refund, and/or to charge a restocking fee. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.**
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Any returns received without a return authorization number, that do not comply with the above, or that for any other reason SUICOKE - North America deems unacceptable, may be denied at the discretion of SUICOKE - North America.
For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible merchandise within 14 business days of delivery.. If you are experiencing any sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team.
Frequent returns made will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of cancelling future orders.
SUICOKE - North America reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with the return policy.

To make an exchange, please make a return request within 14 days of delivery. Place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
Please note that all exchanged items are final sale and will not be applicable for further exchanges or returns.
Any SUICOKE - North America product that is delivered defective may be sent back to our store for a full refund or replacement if the product is available.
Below are some examples of eligible returns for a refund and/or exchange:
- The product number is different from the product number on the box.
- The size labelled on the box and the size of the product are different.
- Significant individual differences can be seen on the left and right
- There is a sewing defect that makes it difficult to use
- There are stains and scratches that significantly impair the design.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons.
- The sole or footbed has a hole of 3 mm or less, which is a characteristic of production.
- The texture of leather is different on the left and right
Lost or Stolen Package
We suggest opening a claim with the courier service used to deliver your item. We kindly ask you forward the claim number and response you receive to our Customer Service team. However, if your package doesn't arrive or have issues with the tracking number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a claim.
Once the order is placed and order confirmation email has been deployed to the customer, we are unable to modify or cancel an order.
Coupon codes cannot be added once your order has been placed. Prices as marked online reflect current discounts. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. Coupon codes cannot be reimbursed or reissued. All codes are final use. As of June 15, 2020, all prices are listed in US Dollars.
Will I be charged taxes and duties?
All orders that are placed within Canada will incur sales taxes. Orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our current fulfillment time is up to ten business days. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 8pm EST, an order confirmation will be sent immediately. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking code will be sent at the latest by the Friday of a week after at 5pm EST.
Safety continues to be our number one priority. We have implemented additional measures to ensure our services, warehouses, and distribution centres are as safe as possible. As a result, our operations continue, but fulfillment times may be longer than usual.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
From the time you receive the shipping confirmation email with the tracking code, it will take two to five business days to receive your order within the United States and Canada. The delivery may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen natural disasters, incorrect mailing addresses, or other reasons.
Which countries to do you ship to?
Currently, we exclusively ship to the United States and Canada.
Why is the tracking status of my purchase not available?
Please note that it may take up to one business day for the carrier to update the tracking status on the website. Please kindly check back if the status is not yet available.
Is an adult signature required for purchases?
With all of our shipments, we require an adult signature upon delivery. We kindly ask for you to have someone aged older than 18 to be at the delivery address to receive the shipment.
Will orders require further verification?
To protect our amazing fans and customers, at times, we will require further information from you to verify the order. The procedure is to protect the customers.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with all the necessary verification documents within five business days. We will not be contacting third parties to verify the details. Failure of full verification may result in an order cancellation. We will process your order as soon as possible following verification.

Sizing & Styles
How do I know which size will fit me?
Men: Our open toe styles are true to size. For example, if you wear size 9 in sneakers, we recommend purchasing a size 9 in SUICOKE. If you find yourself between two sizes, please size up. For example, if you are a size 9.5, we recommend purchasing a size 10. For our closed toe styles, we recommend sizing up from your true size.
Women: We recommend sizing up from your traditional sneaker size. For example, if you wear a women's size 9 in sneakers, we recommend purchasing a women's size 10 in SUICOKE. Likewise, if you wear a size 9.5 in sneakers, we again would recommend purchasing a size 10.

Are all of your styles unisex?
Yes! All of our styles are unisex. Each style will have both women's and men's US sizing listed on the product pages.
Will you be offering size 13, 14, 15, 16?
We are currently working on expanding our size range and currently offer larger sizes in select styles & colours, including Moto, Depa, and more. We plan to expand our offering as we grow. Please use our size filter on products page to find the size you are searching.
How can I extend the lifetime of my SUICOKE pair?
Be careful of deterioration. Materials used in sports shoes or sandals will degrade over time. Factors that affect the lifetime include the usage frequency, storage conditions, or terrain. Items may dangerously degrade to a point where the outsole starts to peel off. Always check your pair before wearing and do not continue use if deteriorated.
Although polyurethane outsoles are great at absorbing shock and resisting abrasion, it wears out over time, irrespective usage (even if unused), through the process of oxidation and hydrolysis, degradation may reach a point where shoes become unusable.
- Do not use or store in locations with high temperatures or humidity
- After long-term storage, carefully check for any damage before wearing
Color loss may occur. Excessive sweating, contact with liquids or friction may cause color loss or color migration for products with natural leather or woven fabrics (upper or lining). Beware when wearing items with light-colored socks or clothing.
Never expose to fire, high temperatures or direct heat sources. Items may deform, discolor or produce unpleasant odors.
May pain or itching occur due to sweating, stop wearing the items immediately.
Avoid oil exposure to the items, it may become a slip hazard or damage the shoe sole.
Be extra careful when walking on wet or slippery surfaces, e.g. wet roads, frozen roads, manholes, floor tiles, etc. If items do not fit for the purpose of activity, slip may occur more easily.
If your footwear item gets wet, air-dry the items in shades naturally. Do not subject products to dryers, heaters or any direct heat sources. This may cause the product to deform.
How do I store my SUICOKE?
Do not store in humid or high-temperature areas for a long period of time, as it promotes material deterioration. Carefully check for any damage before wearing items unworn and stored long-term.
Do not store in your car. The trunks or interior of cars can reach high temperatures under the sun. Items may deform even for a brief time.
After wearing items, remove any surface dirt and store them in a shaded, ventilated and low-humidity area. Do not expose items to direct sunlight or heat for an extended period of time.
How can I clean my SUICOKE?
Natural leather (leather uppers): Gently remove any surface dirt with a dry brush, then apply cleaner to a soft cloth and gently wipe off any remaining dirt. Apply shoe cream evenly on the leather, then buff using a dry cloth. Do not immerse or soak in water, it may affect the colour and material or even damage the leather.
Natural leather (lining leather, suede, buckskin, velour, etc): Use a bristled or nylon brush to remove surface dirt, then let dry in a shaded and ventilated area. Buff using a brush to restore the original texture. Do not brush excessively, it may result in discoloration or damage the items. Do not immerse or soak in water, it may affect the colour, material or even damage the leather.
Artificial leather: Remove surface with a damp cloth, then use a clear to remove any remaining dirt. Do not immerse or soak in water, it may affect the colour, material or even damage the leather.
Fabric (Nature fibre, synthetic fibre): Use lukewarm water and a cleaner (commercially available) that's compatible with your shoes' material to remove any dirt. Beware that when using bleach or harsh cleaning agents, it may cause discoloration. Thoroughly wipe off any remaining agent until none remains, as any residue may cause discoloration.
We highly recommend hand-washing your products. Using a washing machine may damage the fibres of the items.
Let dry in a shaded and ventilated area. Do not dry with direct sunlight, heater, clothes dryer, hairdryer or any direct heat source, as it may cause deformation, shrinkage, discoloration or peeling.

What is the difference between V2 vs. Cab?
Our styles with "-V" indicates SUICOKE original Vibram® Footbed is used. On the other hand, styles with "-Cab" indicates SUICOKE Antibacterial Footbed is used.

SUICOKE original Vibram® Footbed
SUICOKE launched as a footwear brand in 2006 with a challenging creative development concept -we absolutely only produce items we would ever want to own and wear, with a focus on having high standards of quality. In 2012, the company announced their original sandal equipped with SUICOKE ORIGINAL EVA Footbed - sticking out heel and arch of a foot in a natural way, which helps reduce foot pain while walking.
SUICOKE works closely with Vibram, which is known as a world leader in production and distribution of high-performance rubber soles. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
