RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns must be authorized before sending merchandise back. Returns will be accepted for items within 14 days of delivery with the exception of final sale items and special collaboration items.
Please request a return authorization number within 14 days of the order's delivery date.
The merchandise must not be worn or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged, tainted, or in any other condition not suitable to resale, may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of SUICOKE - North America. Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at our warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Any returns received without a return authorization number, that do not comply with the above, or that for any other reason SUICOKE - North America deems unacceptable, may be denied at the discretion of SUICOKE - North America.
Returns from Canada and the United States
For a limited time only, we are offering free returns from Canada and the United States on full-priced merchandise only. Complete return instructions will be provided upon request of a return authorization number. Limit to one exchange per order. All other return policy criteria apply.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALES ITEMS. ALL SALES ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. IF SALES ITEMS ARE RETURNED, THE PACKAGE(S) WILL BE REFUSED, WHICH SUICOKE NORTH AMERICA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR. UPON ORDER CONFIRMATION, PURCHASE ORDERS CAN NOT BE MODIFIED.
